Lesley has just given me a nudge to post something on my blog. It's Friday and the sun is shining in Banwen. (as usual) It was nice to walk to work this morning and I am really getting into the habit of bringing waste produce for the compost heap. The boys are really working hard on the allotment site and things are beginning to take shape. Potatoes, rhubarb and asparagus have already been planted and onions and carrots are going in today. I will sign off now meeting to go to.

Hi I am Julie Bibby I live in a small village at the top end of the Dulais Valley. I work in the Dove Workshop which is situated in Banwen, dove is an adult education centre, we have a day nursery and cafe on site. At the moment we are developing a Community Market Garden, we hope to encourage members of the community to get involved by volunteering in the garden.
